Pizza is such a subjective food. Everyone has a favorite. Everyone likes a different style. Regions are defined by their pizza. Fortunately, Little Rock has some pretty good pizza choices.
I'm going to list my 3 favorite pizza places, then I'll break it down by style.

I'm going to list my 3 favorite pizza places, then I'll break it down by style.
Favorites Overall:
- Damgoode Pies -- hand tossed, fresh. The spicy white sauce (or mixed with the marinara becomes pink sauce) is the stuff legends are made of. A great selection to choose from. And they deliver. A couple of fun locations.
- U.S. Pizza Company -- Go buffet or order. Sit on the porch. Relax and eat pizza. For me, this place has good pizza, but an even better selection of locations.
- Larry's Pizza -- King of the buffet. With a lot of wacky pizzas (baked potato, cheeseburger, etc.) to complement the usuals, Larry's is a great place to take the family.
Best Buffets:
- U.S. Pizza Company (Heights, Hillcrest, Rodney Parham)
- Larry's Pizza (WLR, NLR, Downtown)
Thin-Crust Focus --
- Shotgun Dan's Pizza (West LR)
- ZaZa's WoodFired Pizza and Salads (Heights)
- Palio's Pizza -- last time I went there they were closed for remodeling. (WLR)
Hand-Toss Focus --
- Damgoode Pies (Heights, Hillcrest, Rodney Parham)
- Iriana's Pizza (Downtown)
- Vino's Pizza (Downtown)
- Pizza Cafe (Cantrell Hill)
Chicago Style Deep Dish --
- Gusano's (Downtown)
Other Random Places That May Be Close To You Otherwise You Would Go Somewhere Else:
- Grady's Pizza (Downtown) -- Never been here.
- Gino's Pizza (Geyer Springs) -- Gas Station, focuses on sandwiches.
- Razorback Pizza (Way Out WLR) -- like the Razorbacks, dissappointing.
- NYPD Pizza (WLR)-- Meh.
And don't forget the chains: Pizza Hut, Little Caesar's, Dominoes, Papa John's.
