Day 2 brought about new adventures. Driving in Italy is a bit exciting, parking in cities is the seventh circle of hell. If you ever need to park in Bologna, save yourself some time and visit the Parcheggio Staveco Parking lot. Wait patiently and park. Also, don't travel to Bologna if you have an irrational fear of tunnels. But on to the food!
Three hot jars serving Bonito, Mackerel, and Sardines. (Banco 32, market)
The whole fish selection was beautiful. (Bologna)
One of the many amazing markets we visited. This one in Pistoia.
Procuitto and figs. (Osteria Bottegaia)
Porcini mushroom and white bean soup. (Osteria Bottegaia)
Tiramisu, because, Italy. (Osteria Bottegaia)
Wild Duck bolognese over pasta. (Osteria Bottegaia)
The leaning tower of Bologna. Not as famous.
